Princess Ashlee Omonegho Momoh is a visionary leader, strategic scholar, and a native of Edo State whose life’s work is rooted in the service of others. With a background that spans marine science, national security, and corporate leadership, she brings a unique blend of analytical precision and deep-seated empathy to the humanitarian sector.
As the CEO of Ashmotron Nigeria Ltd and Omonegho Concepts Ltd, Princess Ashlee has established herself as a versatile entrepreneur. Her academic journey is equally distinguished, holding a degree in Marine Science from the University of Calabar, a Post Graduate Diploma in Intercultural Conflicts and Communication, and an M.Sc. in Security and Strategic Studies.
A woman of many talents, she is a Certified Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Interior Decorator, However, beyond her professional accolades, her true North has always been her identity as a humanitarian.
The Ashlee Momoh Foundation is not merely an organization; it is the continuation of a lifelong legacy. Princess Ashlee’s passion for humanity was ignited in childhood, watching her mother, late Pst. Agnes T. Momoh, dedicate her life to the vulnerable through her school for less privileged children and the Victory Orphanage Home in Ifaki-Ekiti, Ekiti State. Serving as a trustee for the orphanage from a young age, Princess Ashlee learned early on that true joy is found in uplifting others.
This spirit of service followed her through every stage of life, from her days as a dedicated member of the Red Cross in secondary school to her active involvement with the Lions Club.
In 2016, while serving as a consultant for the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Abuja, Princess Ashlee’s mission found its specific focus. She became a confidante to the widows of fallen military heroes, vulnerable women navigating the crushing weight of grief and economic hardship.
Seeing their pain firsthand, their struggles became her personal burden. For years, she worked quietly behind the scenes, providing financial and emotional support to these widows and their children. She chose to give in silence, away from the glare of social media, driven only by the desire to ease their suffering.
As the years passed, the calls for help grew louder and the needs of the widows and their children became more complex. Princess Ashlee realized that to provide the sustainable, high-impact support these families deserved, she needed to scale her efforts.
The Ashlee Momoh Foundation was formally registered to bridge this gap. By moving from private acts of kindness to a structured foundation, Princess Ashlee has created a platform to invite partners, advocates, and the public to join her in honoring the sacrifices of our military families. Our foundation exists to ensure that no widow walks alone and no child of a fallen hero is left without a future.
